(Star Ledger) Rebecca Cobb scored a game-high 22 points with 13 rebounds to lead Freehold Borough to a 49-39 victory over Wall in Freehold.  Freehold Borough led 28-18 at halftime.  Katie Hyde had 11 points and Nora Burdge chipped in with seven for Wall.

(MSG Varsity) Senior forward Rebecca Cobb collected 22 points and 13 rebounds to pace the Colonials (5-9), who ended a six-game losing slide. Stephanie Giardina and Erica Bastry each contributed six points for Boro, which raced to a 13-4 lead. Katie Hyde scored 11 to top Wall (7-7).

Gabby Greene scored a game-high 23 points to lift Howell to a 47-40 victory over Freehold Borough in Howell.  Liz Capestro and Brittany Lucey each added six points for Howell. Despite being outscored 14-9 in the second quarter, Howell scored 16 points in the third to pull away.
Rebecca Cobb tallied 22 points for Freehold Borough.

Game #12 - Middletown North - 01/23/15

Alexa Barriero sank a pair of three throws with 20 seconds left to help lead Middletown North to a 46-44 victory over Freehold Borough in Freehold.  Hailee Hallard tacked on a free throw with three seconds left to record Middletown North's final point of the game. Hallard finished with 16 points, while Kamani Williams had a game-high 17.  Barriero's free throws down the stretch gave Middletown North its first lead since the second quarter. Overall, Middletown North outscored Freehold Borough, 16-6, in the fourth quarter.
Rebecca Cobb had 13 points and six rebounds for Freehold Borough, which hit a free throw and made it a one-point game with five seconds left. Stephanie Giardina added 11 points, while Sierra Strong had seven points and 11 rebounds.
