Weather problems have caused 3 changes to the rules in the last 48 hours.  As of right now - Teams need to be 500 or better through their FIRST FIFTEEN games.  Cutoff date is now 2/11/14.  Seeding is based on power points through those same 15.  Teams under 500 are usually accepted to fill out a full (16) team bracket.  Here's what it looks like through Thursdays games by my VERY UNOFFICIAL calculations.
